Worth being precise about what this is and is not. The order endpoint behind both checkouts reports the bottle packages themselves as one time purchases, with a recurring amount of zero. The reference price moves too

The crossed out retail figure is not constant across the three tiers. It reads 121.95 on the two bottle card, 136.00 on the three bottle card and 113.00 on the five bottle card. A reference price that changes depending on which package you look at is not describing the product's normal price, it is filling a slot. On the two bottle tier the endpoint also returns a saving of exactly zero, so that tier carries no discount at all.
