Every milligram published. No price anywhere.

Nuvia does something almost no diet supplement does: it publishes its complete formula, with a number beside every ingredient. It also does something almost no shop does, which is refuse to print a price on any public page. Both facts are useful, and they point in opposite directions.

Nuvia is a once daily UK weight management tablet built on 16 mg of niacin plus four plant extracts, sold direct in bottles of one, two, three or five.

The formula, to scale

What one tablet actually contains

This is the seller's own ingredients page, unedited, drawn at true proportion. The bar lengths are the milligrams. Nothing here is a blend, an unnamed complex or a proprietary matrix, which is genuinely rare and worth crediting.

Raspberry fruit extract, Rubus idaeus 10:1150 mg
A 10:1 extract, so equivalent to roughly 1.5 g of raspberry fruit
Niacin, vitamin B316 mg
The EU reference intake for niacin is 16 mg, so this is 100 percent of it
Green tea leaf extract, Camellia sinensis 4:110 mg
A 4:1 extract, so equivalent to about 40 mg of leaf
Guarana seed extract, Paullinia cupana 4:110 mg
Guarana carries caffeine, and at this amount the caffeine is a trace
N-acetyl-L-carnitine2 mg
Human studies of acetyl-L-carnitine typically use hundreds of milligrams to grams

Bars drawn at true scale against 150 mg. Dose: one tablet per day, with food. Read on the seller's ingredients page, 1 September 2026.

Read the chart, then read the claims

The four botanical ingredients together come to 172 mg, and the one with real pharmacological weight behind it, the carnitine, is present at 2 mg. That is not a criticism of honesty, because the seller printed the number itself. It is a limit on what the tablet can plausibly do, and the seller effectively concedes it in the footnotes.

The only health claims Nuvia cites a legal basis for are the niacin ones.

Its own page footnotes four EFSA authorised claims, all for niacin: contributes to normal energy yielding metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal function of the nervous system, and to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes. Not one of those is a weight loss claim, and no authorised claim is cited for the raspberry, the green tea, the guarana or the carnitine.

Three numbers the bottle adds

The photograph on the seller's own site is legible, and it carries facts the text pages leave out. The bottle holds 30 capsules weighing 18.6 g, which is 620 mg per capsule. The declared actives above come to 188 mg. The remaining 432 mg, roughly seven tenths of what you swallow, is binder, filler and capsule shell, and none of it is itemised anywhere.

The label also carries a warning the marketing pages do not: contains caffeine, not recommended for children and pregnant women. And it names the product Fat Burner, in a box, directly above the line calling it a dietary supplement, on a formula whose only footnoted claims are the four niacin ones.

Two more oddities if you compare labels. The ingredients table marks niacin with the symbol the seller itself defines as no recommendation available, even though niacin has a published EU reference value of exactly 16 mg. And the site calls the product a tablet on the ingredients page, a capsule in the FAQ, and capsules on the bottle.

The number that is missing

Nuvia does not publish a price

We looked for one. Not on the home page, not in the FAQ, not on the ingredients page, not in the terms, not in the shipping or returns policies, and not in the Internet Archive's snapshot of the checkout from February 2026.

Checked 1 September 2026: no price on any public page

The price appears only inside the checkout, after the quiz, and the checkout's pricing loads for United Kingdom visitors only. Pages checked, all with no price shown:

  • buynuvia.com, the product page
  • buynuvia.com/ingredients
  • buynuvia.com/shipping
  • buynuvia.com/return
  • buynuvia.com/terms
  • The archived checkout, 11 February 2026

We will not invent a figure to fill this gap. What the seller does say, in its own FAQ, is that Nuvia comes in bundles of one, two, three or five bottles, that multipacks include free shipping, and that the discount reaches up to 45 percent on the largest one. Open the checkout to see what it charges you, and read the number before you enter a card.

The fine print

The 60 day guarantee covers sealed bottles

Every page on the site carries a 60 Day Money-Back Guarantee badge. The returns policy the badge points at reads differently, and for a supplement the difference is the whole thing.

It must come back unopenedThe policy requires the item to be returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, undamaged and suitable for resale. A bottle you have taken a tablet from does not qualify.
You need permission firstReturns cannot be processed without contacting customer service and being approved in advance.
You pay to send it backThe cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is not refunded.
Then two weeksThe refund is credited to the original payment method within 14 days of the item being received and inspected.

Read plainly, this is a change of mind window on an unopened parcel, not a satisfaction guarantee. If the tablet does nothing for you after three weeks, the policy gives you nothing back. Price that in before you buy the five bottle bundle.

Cancelling before dispatch is the real escape hatch.

Orders ship within 3 working days and the card is only charged on dispatch. To stop one, email customer service with the subject line Cancellation and your order number as fast as you can. A cancelled order is refunded within 15 days. Returns, once shipped, go to Nuvia care of ShipBob, Unit 3, Wellesbourne Distribution Park, 13 Loxley Rd, CV35 9JY Wellesbourne, but only after support gives you the go ahead.

Questions

Straight answers

How much does Nuvia cost?

The seller publishes no price on any public page, and we will not invent one. The figure appears only inside the checkout, after the quiz, and it loads for United Kingdom visitors. Its FAQ says bundles come in one, two, three or five bottles with up to 45 percent off the largest.

What is actually in a Nuvia tablet?

Per tablet: raspberry fruit extract 10:1 at 150 mg, niacin at 16 mg, green tea leaf extract 4:1 at 10 mg, guarana seed extract 4:1 at 10 mg, and N-acetyl-L-carnitine at 2 mg. There is no proprietary blend, and the seller publishes every figure.

Is the Nuvia 60 day money-back guarantee real?

It exists, and it is narrower than the badge suggests. The policy accepts returns within 60 days only if the item comes back unopened, unused and fit for resale, with prior approval, and you pay the return postage. An opened bottle is not refundable.

Does Nuvia work for weight loss?

The seller cites no authorised claim for weight loss. The four claims it does footnote are all for niacin and cover energy metabolism, tiredness, nervous system function and skin. Judge the tablet on that basis, not on the testimonials.

How do I take Nuvia?

One per day with food. A bottle holds 30, so it is a month. The product page suggests 15 to 30 minutes before breakfast and advises against taking it after lunch, which is sensible: the label warns that it contains caffeine and is not recommended for children or pregnant women.

Can I buy Nuvia outside the UK?

The shop is set up for United Kingdom customers, prices in pounds and ships from a warehouse in Warwickshire. Checkout pricing did not load for us from outside the UK, so treat it as a UK product.

How do I return Nuvia?

Email customer service first and get approval, because unapproved returns are not processed. Send the unopened item at your own cost to Nuvia care of ShipBob, Unit 3, Wellesbourne Distribution Park, 13 Loxley Rd, CV35 9JY. The refund follows within 14 days of inspection.
