Erodus is a powdered dietary supplement for men, not a capsule. One scoop of 4.89 g is mixed with 8 to 10 oz of cold water and taken in the morning after breakfast. A pouch holds 30 servings. It is a supplement, not a medicine and not hormone therapy.

Anyone taking medication or managing a condition should talk to a doctor first, and there are specific reasons here. Vitamin D at 50 mcg is 250 percent of the daily value and adds up if you already supplement it. Ashwagandha is not advised in pregnancy and interacts with thyroid and sedative medication. L-citrulline affects blood pressure. If you are worried about low testosterone, ask for a blood test rather than guessing.
