For a pillow, these are the numbers that decide whether it fits your neck. None of them appear anywhere on the product page, the order page or the terms.

Height, or loft. The one measurement that decides whether a pillow suits a side sleeper or a back sleeper is missing entirely.
Foam density. No kg per cubic metre, so firmness cannot be compared with any other pillow.
Cover fabric. The page praises a cooling cover without naming a single fibre or a weave.
Weight. Not published, which matters if you plan to travel with it as the seller suggests.
Certification. No CertiPUR, no OEKO-TEX, no flammability standard named.
Where it is made. Not stated on any page we could reach.
What the two percentages mean. The page shows 82 percent wake up energized and 85 percent report better sleep, and its own asterisk says the visuals are not based on clinical comparisons. No study, no sample size, no date.
